| A '''Red Bus''' is an obstacle found in ''[[Mario Kart: Double Dash!!]]''. It is found on only two courses: in [[Mushroom Bridge]] of the [[Flower Cup]], and in [[Mushroom City]] of the [[Star Cup]]. They are found driving only on the main streets and not on shortcuts. The effects of hitting a Red Bus has the same effect as hitting a [[banana]], causing the driver to spin out. Red Buses cannot be destroyed; they can be harmed only by ramming into them while using a [[Super Star]], by tossing a [[Bowser Shell]] at them, or by running them over with a [[Chain Chomp]]. Red Buses is slightly more dangerous than the standard car due to the fact that it is easier to get stuck on it and wipe out multiple times.
