| The stage is a flat stage, taking place on top of the clock tower's clock as it falls down a cliffside. At various points, other pieces of the building will move on screen, temporarily providing platforms. Also at various points, the stage will enter into the realm of Purgatorio, where a number of Affinity angels can be seen in the background. Boss angels such as Inspired and Fortitudo also make appearances, though they have no impact on the stage.

| The Ω form of the stage takes place on just the falling clock, without any platforms appearing. The stage will still transition into Purgatorio at various points, and the angels still appear.
