A Strong Hider is a stronger version of a Hider that has been powered up by a special crystal. Like normal Hiders, they hide in furniture, but Strong Hiders have distinct cracked-like marks on their bodies and seem to be faster. Strong Hiders first appear in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, where they are found in the Treacherous Mansion. In the ScareScraper, Strong Hiders will only appear on either Expert difficulty or Endless mode, and will also assist the Creeper Launcher and its variations, in place of normal Hiders. Strong Hiders have 75 HP. They reappear in Luigi's Mansion Arcade, now with 25 HP, and they are first encountered in the Old Clockworks, where they are more common than in the Treacherous Mansion.
