Crabbles[1][2] are enemies in Yoshi's Island DS. These hermit crabs wear shells that change color when hit by an egg or an enemy. Attempting to stomp or Ground Pound a Crabble damages the Yoshi. A Crabble can be defeated after taking three hits. They behave similarly to Clawdaddies, and can walk sideways and even upside down. Similarly to Sidesteppers, Crabbles can change between the three colors of blue, green, and red.
