The objective of this game is for the player to dig up a fish fossil. The player has to tap to reveal the body, head and the tail fin of the fish. Each part must be tapped twice to be fully revealed. Once this happens, the fossil comes back to life and flops around, and the game is won. If the player has not revealed the fossil, the game will be lost. When the game is won, if the fish flaps up to the top right corner, a cat paw will reach out and stop it from moving. | |||

Fossil Flop is a downloadable microgame in WarioWare: D.I.Y. and WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase. It was released on June 10, 2009 in Japan, May 10, 2010 in North America, and June 11, 2010 in Europe.
Gameplay[edit]
The objective of this game is for the player to dig up a fish fossil. The player has to tap to reveal the body, head and the tail fin of the fish. Each part must be tapped twice to be fully revealed. Once this happens, the fossil comes back to life and flops around, and the game is won. If the player has not revealed the fossil, the game will be lost. When the game is won, if the fish flaps up to the top right corner, a cat paw will reach out and stop it from moving.
