| '''Bouncing Lava Bubbles''' are [[Lava Bubble]]s that are first found in ''[[Super Mario World]]'', and its remake. Unlike regular Lava Bubbles, Bouncing Lava Bubbles are never found in lava, instead they are always in the air they bounce off any walls they run into in an attempt to hurt either [[Mario]], or [[Luigi]]. They are only found in multiple castle levels, one also appears in [[Lemmy]]'s boss fight, two others also appear in [[Wendy]]'s boss fight assisting them both. When a Bouncing Lava Bubble fly into the lava they never come back out.

| Bouncing Lava Bubbles reappeared in ''[[Super Mario Maker]]'', however they can only appear if the player puts wings on a regular Lava Bubble, which is will act exactly like a Bouncing Lava Bubbles.
