| A '''Jyk''' is an electric, six-spiked orb that moves vertically or horizontally in mid-air. It is encountered in the [[Subspace Emissary]]. Jyks also go around the perimeter of floating platforms. It cannot be defeated. Some Jyks are coated with fire or freezing gas rather than electricity.
