Chad is a playable character in the game Mario Tennis: Power Tour for the Game Boy Advance. He is one of the many opponents of Clay and Ace and is a power-type character. He is unranked in singles and is the third ranked team with Mason in doubles. Initially, Chad is supportive of Mason's claims of having "phenom powers", but after being defeated, he begins to doubt Mason's abilities. He and Mason do not take their loss well and tell the player to rank out Junior Class so they can get their original rank back. If spoken to later, Chad will tell the player that Mason was considering breaking their team up and is worried that he will lose his only Junior Class ranking. However, the two remain a team throughout the game. If spoken to after the player defeats Mason in singles, Chad will warn the player that Mason congratulating them is a lie, and that he was insulting the player's playstyle behind their backs. When Mason later claims to have learned a "Power Move" and that he can beat the player with it, Chad doubts he actually learned one.
