I was wondering if maybe we should update the "in other media" portion of the template to be more like the "in games" portion: as in, having them all sorted out based on where they originate from (I was thinking cartoons, comics, etc., but if there's a better alternative, I'm all ears). This may just be me, but the current state of that portion comes off as a bit messy. :You're close: it's actually in reference to ''[[All Night Nippon: Super Mario Bros.]]'', which is an official retooling of ''Lost Levels'' in which various characters (mostly the Toads) have been replaced by the (at the time) hosts of the ''All Night Nippon'' radio program. The Toads of World A through C have also been replaced by a character, which I assume was ''also'' a radio host of ''All Night Nippon'' at the time, but we don't know their name or identity because unlike the other hosts replacing the Toads from Worlds 1-7, this guy has not been listed in the manual. {{User:Arend/sig}} 06:17, September 9, 2024 (EDT)
::I see. Thanks for catching that! I suppose this might be something to propose on the talk page for [[List of show hosts in All Night Nippon: Super Mario Bros.]] but wouldn't it be easier to expand that list to include Unnamed Worlds A-C human?  After all, it's not as though that character really has enough significance to warrant their own page. --[[User:Zordonmlw7|Zordonmlw7]] ([[User talk:Zordonmlw7|talk]]) 17:27, September 9, 2024 (EDT)

Line breaks?[edit]

What's the purpose of the line breaks in the Humans-in-other-Media-part? - Cobold

if we remove those, the template would be smaller. Max2 (talk)

Debatable Section – Major Humans[edit]

What makes Waluigi any more major than say... Baby Mario or Lady Timpani? Maybe we should just do away with the top section and merge it with the one below it.Knife (talk) 14:06, 29 June 2007 (EDT)

That would reintroduce the old Big Eight debate. I'm unsure about it. - Cobold (talk · contribs) 14:10, 29 June 2007 (EDT)

That's why we should merge the top section with section below to prevent any misunderstandings. I'm on it.Knife (talk) 14:18, 29 June 2007 (EDT)

Portrait Ghosts[edit]

Should the humanoid portrait ghosts be added to the list? It is quite obvious that they were originally human. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

I'd consider being more of ghost, although they were once human. I think they fit somewhat into the Boo categories. Confusing indeed. GigaMetalLuigi (talk)
The Boo category is only for, well, Boos. Hello, I'm Time Turner.
Lets say that Boos go in the Boo category, humans in the human category and human ghosts in a ghosts category.
