Sunshine Isles was a multiplayer level and an extra level added exclusively to Super Mario 64 DS. It is located on a painting in Peach's old room. In regular mode it has Silver Stars you must collect. In multiplayer mode it has Power Stars you must collect. The level is known for having a remixed or ripped music from Delfino Plaza of Super Mario Sunshine. As the title says, it is a group of islands connected by shallow water. It's unknown if there are actually any Shine Sprites on the islands, or if they are a part of Isle Delfino.
