A vine-climbing Hoopster.
Hoopsters are big ladybugs that climb up and down vines in Super Mario Bros. 2. You can either Jump on their heads to get a free ride or you can jump to a vacant vine and continue up. In the Super Mario All-Stars version of Super Mario Bros. 3, the second world's king is transformed into a Hoopster. (In this original version, he is turned into a spider easily confusable with Hoopsters.)
