Trapdoors are doors that lead to Bonus Areas. There are two types of trapdoor: wooden and steel.
Wooden Trapdoor
Wooden Trapdoors appeared in Wario World. By Ground Pounding them, Wario could get inside and to a small obstacle course which awarded him a Red Diamond and possibly a Golden Statue Piece.
Steel Trapdoor
Unlike Wooden Trapdoors, which could be entered with a Ground Pound, Steel Trapdoors required a Piledriver to get through. Once inside, Wario would find himself in an expansive obstacle course in the sky, with no solid ground at all. Falling off the floating platforms would force him to start over. At the end of the obstacle course a Red Diamond would always be found. Sometimes, a Golden Statue Piece would be there as well. Template:WW may refer to...
