T.T. is the fastest driver in Diddy Kong Racing.
Biography
In Diddy Kong Racing, T.T. is a lobby secretary and tells you the various totals of what you've erned during your racig adventure, but that all changed in Diddy Kong Racing DS. In the DS version, T.T. is imprisoned in locked doors (one in every lobby) and he cant be freed unless the racer beats him in a self-made track. Once freed , T.T. challenged the racers to beat him in all the area tracks from Dino Domain to Future Fun Land in Time Trial mode. Once beaten he became a playable character.

Other Games
T.T. may also have been set to make a reappearance in the cancelled game Donkey Kong Racing; as Taj the Genie, a character from Diddy Kong Racing was going to appear in it.
It is unknown if T.T. was going to appear in Diddy Kong Racing's canceled Game Boy Advance sequel, Diddy Kong Pilot as well.
T.T. has been confirmed to appear in Diddy Kong Racing DS in "T.T.'s Wish Tracks" and will be an unlockable character.
Trivia
T.T.'s initials likely stand for either Tick Tock or Time Trial.
