Spearheads are spear-shaped enemies of Wario that appear in both Wario Land 3 and Dr. Mario 64.

In Wario Land 3, Spearhead was an enemy seen often within ships. It bears a resemblance to Pirate Goom from Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land and Wario Land II, and their attack methods are near identical. As a matter of fact, the manual of Wario Land 3 states that Spearhead is a variety of Goom.

In Dr. Mario 64, it was the first and easiest enemy both Dr. Mario and Wario face.
