Time Out is a Special Move taught to Mario in the game Paper Mario.

After the player frees the Star Spirit Klevar, he thanks Mario and gives the special move to him. Similar to the item Stop Watch and the Special Move Clock Out in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Time Out can immobilize large groups of enemies for a few turns, and if successful, it always does so for one turn more than a Stop Watch. The move costs two SP to use.
