Sam Spook is the fourth villain Toad meets in the Vs. Com mode in the Super Nintendo Entertainment System version of Wario's Woods. He is the villain Toad meets of the selects a medium difficulty to start with. His body looks quite similar to that of Wario. He has a pumpkin for a head, and his eyes burn like candles when he's happy.
