The mini-game, Pumper Cars from Mario Party 8.
Pumper Cars is a Duel Mini-game and a Single Player Mini-game featured in Mario Party 8. The player's goal is to pump their mining cart through a tunnel to the finish line before their opponent.
Controls
Pump cart: Hold Wiimote sideways, pump up and down, hold A and 1.
Ending
The screen then cuts to the winning player, who stops to do a winning pose and then continues pumping.
