Template:Level Forest of Illusion 1 is the first level of Forest of Illusion, the fifth "world" from Super Mario World. It can be accessed through the completion of #4 Ludwig's Castle, or the alternate completion of Forest Ghost House.
As many levels, the level features Yoshi. The level also has a Key and a Keyhole to a secret level, but Mario must use a P Balloon or a Yoshi with a Blue Koopa shell to get it. It is also possible to fly below the log structure (as Cape Mario) to get to the keyhole; this is by far the hardest method, although it is frequently used by speedrunners. The secret exit will lead to Forest Ghost House. By completing this level through the Giant Gate, the player gains access to Forest of Illusion 2.
