Where was the name "Goomba's Shoe" first used in a game? Hello, I'm Time Turner.

According to TMK, it was already used in the later NES releases of SMB3, which also changed all the original world names to "... Land." The names of the Shoe and worlds were all reverted back in Super Mario All-Stars, but in the latest SMB3 remake for the GBA, it was changed once again and Kuribo's Shoe became Goomba's Shoe and the worlds all became "Lands" again.
