Hot Lips is a large creature made out of lava that appears in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island DS. This lava monster spits lava out of its mouth to attack Yoshi and Baby Mario (in a manner similar to that of the much less menacing Spray Fish). Hot Lips looks a lot like a Blargg; however, Hot Lips has poutier lips and larger eyes.
