Phony Ball
When Wario bats the ball, it splits into two once more in order to leave the fielders guessing which one they should catch.
Phony Ball is the name of the Special Ball that Wario uses in Mario Superstar Baseball. While pitching, Wario is able to throw both a regular baseball and a clove of garlic, confusing the batter as to which to hit.
If Wario is batting, he hits both a clove of garlic and a baseball, confusing the fielders as to which ball to catch. It is a direct copy of Waluigi's Liar Ball.
Trivia
- The player must obtain Gnarly Garlic in Challenge Mode of Mario Superstar Baseball before being able to use this move.
