An evil cloud that is made up of 60 Tuff Puffs and stops the Sun from shining on Flower Fields in Paper Mario. He also guards Klevar, the sixth Star Spirit. Mario, with the help of Lakilester, defeats him and brings peace back to Flower Fields. His base of operations is Cloudy Climb.
