Downhill Skiing is one of the events that are found in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. To play this event the player must ski down to the bottom of the mountain going through a number of gates. There's a total of 36 gates. If the player misses a gate, it's a 10 second penalty. The player that gets to the bottom in the least amount of time wins.
