Downhill Skiing is one of the events that are found in Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. To play this event the player must ski down to the bottom of the mountain going through a number of gates. There's a total of 36 gates. If the player misses a gate, it's a 10 second penalty. The player that gets to the bottom in the least amount of time wins.
