Totsumen[1] (トツメン) are enemies in the game Wario Land 4. Totsumen have a completely red body and wear a mask with a knife sticking out of it. A Totsumen should not be confused a Spear-Mask and the Spear-Mask's sub-species Tornado Spear-Masks, and Angry Spear-Masks. A Totsumen attacks by pointing his knife at Wario and charging at him.
Their name translates to "clash face."
