Talk:Alien

This page seems sorta redundant. It just gives a broad summary of some of the things concerning aliens in the Marioverse, but the mish-mash of information makes it more confusing than helpful. Much of the info is already said on the individual Alien pages anyway, i.e. the whole Language section only deals with the Shroobs. It would be much better to turn this back into a redirect to the Category:Aliens page, and then try to eliminate as many pages that link here as possible. I might make this into a Proposal, but for now, the discussion can be here. - Walkazo

I agree. The entire page reeks of speculation anyways, since it's basically only grabbing information from related topics and forming a general article that really describes nothing specific. Delete, redirect. Redstar 08:06, 17 December 2009 (EST)

I don't see a problem with those articles. The Mario Party alien is a valid (albeit unnamed) species, and while the Club Nintendo alien page consists of many species, it would be redundant to give each their own page, just like how we don't give each Koopa Kid its own article or split Ashley and Red. Merging them would also be bad, because aside from being aliens, they have nothing in common, which was the main problem with this page. - Walkazo 23:42, 17 December 2009 (EST)
