No, that's just a stronger version of the regular Koopa Troopa. I am talking about blue-shelled Koopas with a mischievious grin and the ability to stun you with a whirlwind. I don't know if it was really in the sewers but I have definitely seen them somewhere in the game. They looked different from the other Koopa species by having a different facial expression and acting hyper. They could attack both Mario and the partner when they were flipped... | |||

Um... I recall this type of enemy appearing in the previous Paper Mario as well. They lurked in the sewers of Toad Town and had the ability to create whirlwinds. Edofenrir 16:53, 6 August 2009 (EDT)
