Cooks are enemies featured in Wario Land II and Wario Land 3. They are small, pink moles in chef's attire that induce the Fat Wario status.
Cooks first appeared in Wario Land II; In this game they walk around certain levels (usually indoors) carrying pieces of cake on long forks. If Wario treads too near to a Cook, it will jump and toss its cake. After that, if Wario touches the cake, he will be forced to eat it and become Fat Wario, which can be either a hindrance or a necessity for completing the level, depending on the situation.
