Time Out is a Special Move taught to Mario in the game Paper Mario.
After you free Star Spirit Klevar, he thanks Mario and gives the special move to him. Similar to the Stop Watch and Clock Out, Time Out can immobilize large groups of enemies for a few turns, and if successful, it always does so for one turn more than a Stop Watch. The move costs two SP to use.
