Their appearance is that of a skeletal hand. They are encountered in Chapter 7-1, The Underwhere, within the River Twygz. Most swim freely around the water; others are attached to the bottom. Underhands will pursue and/or reach toward the player to attempt to damage them, in a manner similar to Deep-Cheeps. When the water in the River Twygz is drained, they disappear. They are later seen in Chapter 7-2 along the Underwhere Road.
