Spearheads are spear-shaped enemies of Wario that appears both in Wario Land 3 and Dr. Mario 64.
In Wario Land 3, Spearhead was an enemy seen often within ships. It bears a resemblence to Pirate Goom from Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land and Wario Land II, and their attack methods are near identical.
In Dr. Mario 64, it was the first and easiest enemy both Dr. Mario and Wario face.
Spearhead looks like a blue blob with feet (but no legs), two large black eyes with white pupils, and a spear for a nose.
