Time Out is a Special Move taught to Mario in the game Paper Mario.
After you free Star Spirit Klevar, he thanks Mario and gives the special move to him thus raising up a SP. Similar to the Stop Watch and Clock Out, Time Out can immobilize large groups of enemies for a few turns, and it always does it for a 1 round more than Stop Watch, making it more valuable and even work on bosses. The move costs two SP to use.
