W Scoop on Wario's television.
The W Scoop was a show (or maybe even a commercial) Wario was watching in Wario: Master of Disguise. It had a young blonde lady talking about Wario. The W Scoop looked like a news show or something similar.
Wario found the show boring until he saw The Silver Zephyr, a show that came after the W Scoop. It is unknown if the title of these news channel is "W Scoop" or if it was just the name of the subject they were talking about. Also note as well, as said earlier, this might even have been just a commercial.
