Blinky is a red ghost who has only appeared in one Mario game to date, and that is Mario Kart Arcade GP. He is an enemy of Pac-Man and most likely the leader of the other ghosts. The other ghosts are called Inky, Pinky, and either Clyde or Sue, depending on whether the game is Pac-Man (game) or Ms. Pac-Man (game). He debuted, like Pac-man in the game Pac-man.
Blinky will be returning in Mario Kart Arcade GP's sequel Mario Kart Arcade GP 2.
