Earth Quake is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. In battle, the item causes the ground to shake, dealing five damage to all ground enemies. It, of course, has no effect on airborne enemies. Similar to the POW Block, an Earth Quake will flip over any enemies with shells, such Koopa Troopas, and Buzzy Beetles. It is a relatively common item and many enemies carry them. Zess T. can make an Earth Quake with a Point Swap and Thunder Bolt.
