Spear

The Spear (also known as Torpedo in the PAL regions) is a bike in Mario Kart Wii that can only be used by heavy-weight characters. It looks like a blimp with wheels and exhaust pipes. The character's emblem is on the front of the bike. It's also seen on either side of it.

It is the fastest bike in the game, and also has good weight. However, all of its other stats are quite low.

The kart counterpart for this bike is the Jetsetter.

How to Unlock

The Spear can be earned by unlocking 12 expert staff ghosts.

Trivia

• The Spear has the same weight as the Jetsetter.
• Aside from looking like a blimp with wheels and exhaust pipes, it looks somewhat similar to being the heavy class Mach Bike.
