Groovy is the fifth level in the Special World of Super Mario World. Groovy is very similar in design to the early levels of the first world and is also featured in the demo shown after the title screen. Groovy contains a Yoshi, Pokeys, Ptooies, Volcano Lotuses and other high-level enemies. Groovy is also relatively short compared to other levels in the Special World.
After beating this level, there is no need to return to the Star World since this is a Yoshi deposit for later levels.
