The Dizzy Dandy, a tricky face that can be the main key to telling it apart from regular Flowers.
Dizzy Dandies are giant flowers that resemble normal Flowers in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. When Yoshi strayed near, they would laugh and drop to the ground rolling, squashing any enemies. Unfortunately for them, they would usually fall to their own demises in a hole or water.
A neat trick to do is in the Monkey's Favorite Lake level, go to the area with several Dizzy Danies, Spear Guys, and water pits. Let one fall down to you and while it's rolling in the shallow water eat a Spear Guy. Keep it in Yoshi's mouth and when the Dandy is about to fall down into a pit, spit out the Tribal Guy at it. If timed right they should collide making a spinning fireworks display.
