Bloocheep Sea is the second court in the Rainbow Tourney in Mario Hoops 3-on-3. The court takes place underwater, so all of the characters move slower.

The court is mainly based on the underwater levels of Super Mario Bros. There are Bloopers depicted with their sprites from Super Mario Bros., and if the ball hits the Blooper, it flies off at an angle, depending on how the Blooper was hit.

Bloocheep Sea has some elements not from Super Mario Bros., including Sushi swimming in the background back and forth, as well as an exclusive item, Mimic.

Mario Sports Mix has a minigame titled Harmony Hustle, where level 2 contains a piece of music titled "Bloocheep Ocean". Although the names are difference, the music in Bloocheep Sea is shared with the music in the minigame.
