Door Spirits are golden heads stuck on a door in the Wario World level, Horror Manor. They look a bit like Bowser and shoot bolts of electricity at Wario. Wario cannot pass through the door until he beats them.
There are also Silver Door Spirits which are stronger than regular Door Spirits.
