Last portions

The last portions of this article don't relate to Baby Luigi; rather, they relate to Luigi. Mind if I take this out? It'd be a fairly large removal, which is why I'm asking. Evan.

Fire Mario and Fire Luigi have all the same info, except the name is different. It would be redundant to keep both. Regardless, Fire Mario is not megred with Mario (as you are suggesting with Baby Mario). We are still trying to figure out what to do with Young Cricket and Master Mantis. -- Son of Suns

I never remember that first quote that's supposedly from Double Dash. I recognise the other 2. Is that quote really in there?

Also, this is the first article I've seen which has a place as one of the character's affiliations.

It's written as a list, so the "adult counterpart" part refers to Luigi, then runs on to Mario and Baby Mario. Nightwicked Bowser 21:06, November 2, 2021 (EDT)

New Voice

Is Kevin Afghani gonna be Baby Luigi's new voice? Or will they have to hire a different, slightly younger person (younger than Kevin Afghani) due to Charles Martinet retirement last August? Sunny12345 (Is this how you do a correct signature?)

...Maybe? On the one hand, he and Mario aren't called Baby Mario and Baby Luigi but on the other hand, they are clearly babies. Don't know. Looks more like the recurring shrunken-Bowser gag (Galaxy 2, 3D World, Movie...). Baby Kong is (supposed to be) a transformation, though, unlike Baby DK, so I assumed that's the rationale. LinkTheLefty (talk) 10:19, March 30, 2025 (EDT)

The "don't include pre-SMW2 stuff" rule was decided around 2010 and has been in effect ever since; not sure if there was a proposal on it. The amount of previously undiscovered manga and stuff that has them is making that rationale crumble now, in my opinion. In my opinion, if flower of ice is a basic enough concept that other-media writers can come up with it first, so is "character as baby". Besides, the "Baby" names didn't really take off until they became recurring characters. LinkTheLefty (talk) 11:30, March 30, 2025 (EDT)
