2. There's enemy typing to consider; the Horde counts as a single enemy in both games, more of an obstacle in the latter (because they instantly waste Mario and co.), and relatives means just that. It's designed to include different forms of the normal enemy, as well as multiples of that enemy (think [[Goomba Tower]]s being related to [[Goomba]]s). I'm not sure we should be considering the 3D World versions of these bouncing guys to be the same as the PM versions because not only does PRIMA consistently call them something different but they're called Fuzzies' Mass or Fuzzy Mass in the Japanese strategy guide too. Agreed, there's actually a fuzzy horde in Super Mario 3D World! A Strollin' Stu as it appears in Super Mario Sunshine. BoygeyPumpkineer A Smolderin' Stu in the game Super Mario Sunshine.

1. This comment was from 2007, though I can't blame you for not knowing.

2. There's enemy typing to consider; the Horde counts as a single enemy in both games, more of an obstacle in the latter (because they instantly waste Mario and co.), and relatives means just that. I'm not sure we should be considering the 3D World versions of these bouncing guys to be the same as the PM versions because not only does PRIMA consistently call them something different but they're called Fuzzies' Mass or Fuzzy Mass in the Japanese strategy guide too.
