| '''Flopsy Fish''' are a species of [[Cheep-Cheep]] which appear in the games ''[[Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island]]'', ''[[Yoshi Touch and Go]]'', ''[[Yoshi's Island DS]]'', and is set to return again in ''[[Yoshi's New Island]]'', making them an enemy exclusive to the [[Yoshi (series)|''Yoshi'' series]]. These particular enemies are seen either jumping out of water on regular intervals, or simply swimming within bodies of water. A more aggressive variety of Flopsy Fish is seen repeatedly jumping out of the water with its mouth open. They cannot be turned into [[Yoshi Egg|eggs]] if [[Yoshi]] eats them. The level [[Lake Shore Paradise]] has one of them as a map screen icon. In ''Yoshi Touch and Go'', a blue, spiky variety is seen.
