Defeat the giant spear man is the first story of an additional chapter five in the game Wario Land II. It takes place in a building that connects to a giant underground factory structure. The building is the same one as in level 4-3, and takes place in its basement floors.

The player starts at floor B1F and they have to make their way down by having Wario activate the elevators and then quickly jump into the gap underneath them. They can choose to explore the numerous side rooms, but there are no significant things hidden there aside from coins. After reaching the bottom floor the player has to fight through frap-filled conveyor belt rooms and electrical traps before he reaches a room with many elevators. The third elevator leads to the giant spear man that needs to be taken out to clear the level.

A treasure from Wario Land II

The hidden treasure of this level is located in the big room with the elevators near the room of the giant spear man. In order to achieve it the player has to have Wario take the fourth elevator from the left which will enable him to reach the treasure door above.
