The Water Bomb is the Offensive Power Shot used by Koopa Troopa in Mario Power Tennis. Koopa Troopa absorbs the tennis racket with water particles and hits the tennis ball, covering it in water. The resulting shot is a similar to a 0° drop-shot, making it more difficult to return compared to a normal drop shot. A player that returns the ball without using a Defensive Power Shot has their movement speed decreased temporarily.
