Proposal Templates
Should we have a subcategory for proposal templates? Like:
- {{Proposal outcome}}
- {{TPP}}
- {{Settled TPP}}
- {{proposal archive}}
- {{ongoing TPP}} (upcoming)

- I think TPP and Settled TPP should remain in Category:Talk notices, and the others would already fit nicely in Category:Formatting templates.
