Tentacles are what help a Blooper move. It's considered their "arms". These appear in every game that Blooper appear, however, they have their name mentioned only in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door when Mario is battling Blooper in the Rogueport Sewers right before the pipe exit that leads to Petal Meadows.
