Tentacles are Blooper's "arms" that appear in every game that Blooper apperar, however, they have their name mentioned only in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door when Mario is battling Blooper in the Rogueport Sewers bound to the pipe that leads to Petal Meadows.
