The Caged Shine Sprite is the third episode of Ricco Harbor in Super Mario Sunshine. The episode's objective is to reach the Shine Sprite at the end of an obstacle course above the water.
Layout[edit]
The Shine Sprite for this episode is placed in a large, yellow cage positioned over the center of Ricco Harbor. To enter the cage, the player needs to climb onto the boat to the right of their starting position and use the crane to cross the gap. The player then needs to hop between cranes and metal screens to cross the large gap, using to flip the Revolving Gates on the metal screens. Afterward is a platform that will carry the player up to the higher beams. Moving around the outer beams will lead the player to some Bloopers and more metal screens to jump between. Afterward, the player has to jump some gaps to find a Rocket Nozzle power-up and some trampoline platforms that will ultimately lead to the top of the cage the Shine Sprite is in.
