Anytime someone tries to do a name change or something because "Prima messed up the name", I'm bringing up these two from Nintendo's strategy guide for New Super Mario Bros to show that Nintendo can make errors too. | |||

Why I don't trust the Mario Portal
Oh sure, I can get behind the fact that they have English names for stuff that didn't have English names like Tracks but there's the fact that the SML and SML2 English names are quite blatantly taken from this wiki (Big Bird, Sewer Rat), weird designations (Calling Ice Piranha Plants Frost Piranhas even though they have wildly different appearances and attacks) and typos (Moneybag instead of Moneybags) and outright contradicting strategy guides (e.g. calling Snufits Snifits, Firey Dino Piranha Dino Piranha (Black).
